Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days after the order has been placed. The shipping time vary depending of the location:

3-5 business days for US et Canada

7-10 business days for international shipping
To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery.
We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
Returned-to-Sender & Refused Packages
This can happen if (1) an address is invalid or missing information, (2) the carrier is unable to deliver your package, or (3) the order is refused by the customer at time of delivery.
Returned-to-Sender or Refused packages will be restocked and you will be issued a store credit minus the initial shipping charge.
Undelivered shipments
In case of undelivered shipment we will run an investigation with the contract carrier. That can happen when a customer has not received the item(s) and the carrier shows that it has been delivered. Please allow 2 weeks to proceed with the investigation. If the customer does not receive the item(s) within this period, we will ship again or issue a store credit.
Non-Amelle K items sent to our Distribution Center will be discarded upon receipt.
