Return policy
Our customers satisfaction is our first priority. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your order, we accepts exchanges and returns. We are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed in our system.
Conditions
Please be sure to send us your item(s) back in full accordance with our Return policy.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery by filling out the Contact form
Item(s) must be sent by mail within 2 weeks of the delivery date for USA & Canada or within 4 weeks of the delivery date for International orders.
In order to get full refund all merchandise must be in its original condition with tag attached, unwashed and unworn.
Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
Bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, beauty products, cosmetics, and accessories are non-returnable.
Shoes must be unworn, show no signs of wear.
Items marked as "Sale" are not eligible for returns.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
Return process
To start the return process, simply contact us or login to your account, go to "My orders" section and fill out the Return form.
All return form must indicates clearly which items are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.
When sending back items from multiple orders, you must fill out a return form for each applicable order.
An e-mail with the return information will be sent to you.
Once we receive the returned item, please allow 3-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.
We allow only 2 exchanges per order. There is no refund for an item that had already been exchanged. We will issue a store credit.
Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake made by Amelle K (size, color, wrong product)
Amelle K is not liable for any return package(s) that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
